A leadership update from Products That Count
Celebrate this new chapter with us
This week marks an important transition for Products That Count. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how organizations evolve when product leadership matures. The inflection points tend to show up as leadership changes and deliberate decisions about who helps shape the next chapter. That’s exactly where we are right now.
I’m excited to welcome Andrew Jensen as the new CEO of Products That Count. Andrew brings a rare combination of product depth, systems thinking, and operational rigor. His career sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and risk, exactly where modern product leadership now lives. As product leaders are increasingly asked to navigate AI, regulation, and scale all at once, this kind of leadership matters.
At the same time, we’re expanding our Board of Directors with Monica Ugwi, GM at Microsoft, Aaron Severs, CPO at Noom, and Hoda Mehr, Co-Founder & CPO of Up My Mojo. Strong boards exist to challenge assumptions and help organizations think long-term. Monica and Aaron bring operating perspective shaped by real decision-making at scale. Their addition strengthens the Board at a moment when product leadership is becoming a central driver of business performance.
This transition also marks an important evolution for Hoda Mehr, who moves from CEO to the Board of Directors. Hoda’s leadership helped shape Products That Count into what it is today, a trusted institution for product leaders globally. Her continued involvement ensures continuity and perspective.
Taken together, these changes reflect something bigger than individual roles. They signal how seriously we take governance, leadership, and the responsibility that comes with serving a global product community. Products That Count exists to elevate the people behind the products that shape our world.
