Each year, I’m blown away by the caliber of talent that emerges from the Product Manager Awards. And this quarter’s winners are redefining expectations. The 25 product managers recognized exemplify what it means to lead with vision and inspire the teams around them.

The most impactful PMs I saw are embracing AI not just as a tool, but as a strategic advantage—while staying grounded in ethics and focused on real user needs. They lead with outcomes, not output. They’re crystal clear on what success looks like and tie their work directly to business value. And they know how to adapt and collaborate.
