Don’t snooze on the product revolution
On product development and the future of interconnected products
How we define a “product” is clearly evolving. And as these changes are unfolding, one area that is closely impacted is product development. Companies are focusing more time and energy on revenue-generating activities as it relates to creating a unique and “sticky” customer experience. This drastically changes the way products are developed, with more emphasis put on the experience customers have with interconnected products.
Why is this important?
I am seeing companies moving from a single transaction event to implementing strategies to build long-term relationships with their customers. This includes not solely focusing on a single product but a suite of products that work together to create a unique customer experience. But it doesn’t come without challenges that must be addressed.
The Leading Research Shows The Difference
