This month, I asked our team to start a simple experiment: what would happen if we used AI not just to make incremental improvements, but to multiply the impact of our work? 10X better, not just 10% faster. Each week, we tested a new way to integrate AI into our workflow and reported back.
Some of the most valuable results came from pairing clear goals with precise prompts. For example, using AI to analyze a long list of potential candidates by cross-matching them with custom criteria dramatically shortened decision time. In another case, uploading design iterations and asking AI to compare them to top-performing examples led to a noticeably sharper final version.
When it came to outreach and timing, tracking signals like org changes or leadership moves using AI-driven feeds turned into a weekly habit that improved targeting without adding manual work.
What stood out across the board was how much better the output became when we asked the AI to step into the role of a consultant, or to review and improve its own response.
The bottom line: AI can be a 10X lever, but only when we treat it like a collaborator, not a shortcut. The key is in how we prompt, iterate, and hold it accountable to do better.
If you're experimenting too, I’d love to hear about it. Reply to this email and share what you’ve tried. Or if you're looking for ideas, start by exploring the ways product leaders are applying AI on our site. We’ll keep sharing what we learn as we go.
