What leading PMs need in the AI era
Three new AI leadership sessions for PMs
Just a quick reminder before we dive in: if you’re heading to re:Invent, click the banner to request your invite to our exclusive Product Executive Salon in Las Vegas.
Over the past several months, our AI Advisory Council, an extraordinary group of senior product executives, created a new content series designed to help PMs build the capabilities that matter most right now.
I recently shared the AI PM Competency Framework, which breaks the craft into three core dimensions: Use AI, Build with AI, and Lead with AI. This week, I’m releasing the first videos in our AI Competency Series, designed to help you deepen your skills across each part of that framework:
Georgiana Mirea, Former GEICO Product VP & American Express Product Director: The Capabilities That Define the AI-Era PM - Use AI
Georgiana offers a grounded, practical view of what strong AI intuition looks like in day-to-day product work. Drawing on experience launching Amex Go and scaling emerging technologies across enterprise and high-growth environments, she highlights the technical foundations PMs must understand, the common traps teams fall into, and the small steps any PM can take immediately to strengthen their ability to work effectively with AI.
Listen to her concept and case study sessions.
Xiang (Stella) Li, Product Lead at BILL: Operating as an AI-Native PM - Build with AI
Stella reframes how B2B PMs operate in an AI-driven environment. She introduces the AI-native PM stack: a continuous, intelligence-powered loop that transforms how discovery, specification, development, analytics, and communication take shape. She shows how PMs design products that serve both humans and AI agents, and walks through how a traditional enterprise product can evolve into a predictive, adaptive, AI-native experience.
Listen to her concept and case study sessions.
Aritra Ghosh, Senior Product Lead at Microsoft: Building a Durable PM Career Through Translational Leadership - Lead with AI
Aritra focuses on long-term impact and career durability through translational leadership. He introduces the translational PM as the connective force linking technical progress with business value. His PATH framework (Pain First, Align Outcomes, Tell the Story, Harvest Momentum) gives PMs a repeatable structure for guiding meaningful AI initiatives. He also shares how a Natural Language Interface closed the observability gap by translating plain-English questions into Kusto and Prometheus queries.
Listen to his concept and case study sessions.
More frameworks, conversations, and case studies are coming soon. For now, I’m excited to share these first releases with you.
