The winners of the 2026 Product Leader Awards have just been announced, and reviewing this year’s class left me with a clear takeaway: the best product leaders are teaching their whole organizations how to use AI well.
Last year, AI was reshaping what counts as innovation. This year, nearly every nominee was building with it. What separated the winners was how they led through it. They hold AI to the same standard as any other investment. It has to solve a real customer problem and move a real number.
Where some nominees fell short was in leaning on buzzwords instead of proof. It’s easy to say a product is AI-powered. It’s much more difficult to show what changed for customers and the business because of it.
These winners offer a blueprint for all of us in product, and their stories are worth studying closely. Next week, we’ll publish the 2026 Product Leader Awards eBook with every winner’s story, the data behind this year’s class, and insights from our Advisory Council roundtables. For now, meet and connect with the winners below.
