When I look at product teams excelling today, they’re not just testing for the sake of it—they’re actively seeking moments where their assumptions are proven wrong. Why? Because each of those moments uncovers a critical insight, giving us a clearer map toward what users actually want.
A/B testing is one of the most powerful tools here. Imagine testing two features you feel equally confident about. In theory, either might work—but testing will reveal which one speaks most strongly to the user. This is the kind of nuanced understanding data provides, helping us make decisions that are backed by the evidence of what works. When we approach product with this level of rigor, we begin building tailored solutions that resonate deeply with our customers.
